Since 2022, Groundswell Project has provided a social prescribing service. Over the last two years, we have massively expanded our offer at our flagship primary care network in West Hendon. Amongst other services, this provision includes a food market, counselling, yoga, wellbeing coaching and various therapies all for the benefit of the local community.

Our social prescribing offer can provide your organisation with a comprehensive service, detailed in this brochure, including multi-lingual community link workers who understand patients in your community and the challenges they face, as well as access to a range of non-medical interventions that will help tackle your patients' issues and concerns in the most holistic way.
